Live Auction Bidding

How to Register for Live Auction Bidding:

Step 1: Please add to your cart at bottom of this page Proxy Bidding Registration package. Select Check Out Now when prompted. This will take you to the next step.

Step 2: Select Begin Check Out. This will take you to a page to enter billing information.  

Step 3: Below billing is Terms and Conditions. Review and check accept Box.

Step 4: Under Terms and Conditions the Live Auction Items are individually listed. Type in the maximum amount you would like to bid on each item you are interested in winning. Please enter full numerical amount example: $10,000 and not abbreviated like $10k.

Step 5: Once complete select Finalize. You can print a receipt for your records. Heidi Elbers from the New York Academy of Art will call you to verify your maximum proxy bids.

Step 6: A credit card is required to be onfile to complete Proxy Bidding registration. From your purchase confirmation receipt, please use the My Account button to add your preferred card on file.
