Please note the following event details - whether you've attended before or it will be your first time, we are excited to celebrate our support of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital with you!
VENUE INFORMATION & PARKING Our 14th Annual Golf Outing is hosted by the Glen Oaks Club located at 175 Post Road, Old Westbury, NY. Upon entry to Glen Oaks Club, proceed past the main clubhouse entrance and flag pole following signage toward the Pro Shop and Locker Rooms. Complimentary Valet services will be provided to our Golfers & Guests.
TICKETS & CHECK IN All Guests are strongly encouraged to complete the Express Check-In process for an expedited entry to the event. Prompts to complete this Express Check-In process will be sent via email and text to all guests.
EVENT TIMELINE 9:00 AM - Registration & Brunch for Golfers with Stretching & Massage available at Driving Range 11:00 AM - Tournament Start with Modified Scramble Format, BBQ Lunch with snacks and beverages provided throughout the course 4:00 PM - Cocktails & Dinner with Live Entertainment 5:00 PM - Evening Program & Award Presentation featuring Special Guests from St. Jude 5:30 PM - Live Auction & Raffle Drawing 6:00 PM - Event End
MOBILE BIDDING & VIRTUAL ENGAGEMENT Upon registering for this event, all guests will be assigned a unique Bidder Number - this will be your key to entering our Raffles, Auction and other entertainment wherever you are on the course! When completing the Express Check-In process, be sure to include your cell phone number so that all alerts and updates throughout the day reach you.
EVENING ATTIRE Guests participating in golf will have access to the Locker Rooms for freshening up after the round. Casual Cocktail Attire is suggested - Sport coat is encouraged for men, however tie is not necessary, and cocktail dress for ladies. This event is planned to be fully outdoors, weather permitting.
